We’re looking for an outgoing, confident, and energetic Feedback Specialist to help us gather genuine feedback and user experience.
This is a flexible, part-time chance that’s ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, starting conversations, and hearing different opinions.
What You’ll Do
- Approach and engage people in a friendly, professional manner to request feedback.
- Explain and guide participants through a short website review.
- Identify usability issues, confusing sections, and opportunities for improvement.
- Submit feedback accurately through our online system.
- Communicate with the team remotely regarding completed assignments.
What We’re Looking For
- Extroverted and comfortable approaching strangers.
- Confident starting conversations with people you don’t know.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, and basic web applications.
- Reliable and able to complete assignments independently.
- Previous sales, customer service, marketing, research, or promotional experience is an asset but not required.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. You can choose your available hours based on your schedule, making it suitable for students, freelancers, or anyone looking for additional income.
No fixed full-time schedule is required.
Compensation
$25–$30/hour and potential more based on performance. Additional incentives may be available for consistently completed assignments and high-quality feedback.
