We are seeking a positive, self-initiated and customer-focused Customer Specialist with a sales-minded approach. In this role, you’ll be an important part of our customer experience—communicating with clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping ensure every interaction with Chanco Beauty leaves a positive impression.

The ideal candidate can be proactive in projects with minimal supervision, and is highly organized and detail-oriented. This role requires someone who can balance excellent customer service with accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.

Success in this position requires exceptional verbal communication skills in English (French is also an asset), professional but friendly email and phone etiquette, confidence using the back-end of website order-management systems and shipment fulfillment apps, and careful attention to detail when preparing and packing orders.

Customer Service

- Help ensure every customer interaction contributes to a positive and memorable experience.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with customers.
- Provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations based on each customer's needs, while identifying appropriate opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Handle customer concerns and issues with discretion, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach.
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, patient, and helpful manner. We value communication that makes customers feel heard, respected,



and comfortable reaching out for assistance.

Order Fulfillment & Technical Skills

- Manage incoming orders and help ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
- Prepare quotes and assist with other order-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Work with our shipping software and various courier partners to coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Package products with care, precision, and attention to detail to ensure orders arrive accurately and in excellent condition.
- Assist with receiving shipments, inventory counts, product assembly, order picking, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with product suppliers
- Assist with managing account receivables and following up on outstanding payments when required.
- Use strong organizational and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve order, inventory, shipping, or fulfillment issues.
- Previous experience with domestic and international shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control is considered an asset.

Work Hours & Location Part-time : 1-3 hours per day, Monday-Friday, flexibility between the hours of 9am-3pm

Order fulfillment takes place from a residential address in Caledon (Old Base Line & Creditview Rd) working directly with the company's founder. Occasional remote opportunity for customer service component/when there are no orders to pack.

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 15.0 per week
