Customer Finance Manager - (hybrid 3 days downtown)

A confidential organization is seeking a Customer Finance Manager to provide financial leadership across a portfolio of business areas, translating complex financial data into explicit insights that inform planning, forecasting, profitability, and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities

- Provide financial oversight, analysis, and recommendations to business partners.
- Analyze financial results, forecasts, and key performance drivers.
- Develop and maintain profitability, forecasting, and scenario-based financial models.
- Prepare financial reporting and identify variances, risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Support pricing, investment, and business planning decisions.
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews.
- Review financial submissions and investment requests for accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue and financial forecasts.




- Maintain data integrity and supporting documentation; assist with audits and discrepancy resolution.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting business and financial decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Strong modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required.
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent designation considered an asset.
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience , ideally in a commercially focused, manufacturing or fast-paced organization.
