- Aid in booking rides and resolving queries
- Document all relevant information accurately
- Work with dispatch to fulfill customer requests
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of dispatch or call center experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Calm demeanor in quick-paced environments
- Knowledge of the London area
- Available Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm
