Join Nelson Homes as a Customer Service Coordinator and help homeowners navigate service, warranty, and home-delivery needs with confidence. You will be a key point of contact, coordinating customers, internal teams, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and logistics to keep work moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly and professionally to service and warranty inquiries for Ready-to-Move (RTM) homes and home packages.

· Schedule service representatives, subcontractors, move inspections, and repair work; order the materials needed to complete repairs.

· Investigate warranty and error claims, gather customer information, identify practical solutions, and collaborate with other Nelson divisions.

· Coordinate RTM home moves by aligning delivery dates with build schedules, confirming foundation readiness, and keeping customers informed.

· Prepare and coordinate required safety documentation.

· Support additional operational priorities as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

and stays organized while managing changing priorities.

· Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

· Robust organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

· Valid driver’s licence, clean driver’s abstract, and availability to travel as required.

· Comfort using Microsoft applications.

· Previous customer service experience is an asset.

· Knowledge of construction practices and the ability to read blueprints are assets.

· Experience with Buildertrend, Workhub, or BisTrack is an asset.
