The Customer Service

Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team. High School Diploma Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry Communicate effectively,
