At CRDN (Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network), we specialize in restoring personal property, textiles, electronics, art, and valuable contents following fire, water, and specialty losses. We are seeking an empathetic, detail-driven, and physically capable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the face of our company on job sites and in our restoration facility. This is a hands-on, full time labour role — you'll be on your feet, lifting and moving contents, cleaning and restoring damaged items, and working directly with policyholders to guide them through the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning & Restoration of Contents: Clean, treat, and restore textiles, electronics, artwork, and other personal contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or specialty losses, following CRDN process standards for each item category.
- On-Site Scoping & Comprehensive Documentation: Capture detailed pre-pack-out photographic records of loss sites to accurately document the condition of contents and protect against liability.
- Digital Inventory Execution: Utilize mobile applications (Field Services Application/RestoreNet) and QR code scanning technology to catalog items, tag boxes, and maintain real-time chain-of-custody tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Physical Readiness: This is a labour-intensive role.



Must be able to lift and transport boxes/bins weighing up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate active job sites, including stairs and tight spaces.
- Hands-On Cleaning Work: Comfortable performing detailed cleaning and restoration tasks on textiles, electronics, art, and other contents categories, with training provided on CRDN methods.
- Skilled Image & Presentation: Maintain a clean, pressed CRDN uniform Customer-Centric Professionalism: Uphold high standards of conduct as a respected guest in policyholder homes
- Communication & Tech Aptitude: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening skills, and confidence using mobile/tablet applications for data entry and photographic inventory.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational capability to carefully document, photo-catalog, and manage delicate personal belongings.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license & 3 years driver abstract required for daily travel across the Greater Edmonton area.

Compensation & Schedule

- Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time. (Saturday shifts may be required based on job volume and emergency response needs)
