Hospital is looking for a passionate Customer Services Representative to join our growing team in beautiful Squamish, BC. We are a busy, community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. We currently have a robust team of 5 CSRs and, as we continue to grow and support the Sea to Sky community, we’re excited to welcome another CSR to the team.

Answering phones and scheduling appointments Dealing with insurance claims Maintaining accurate medical records Supporting veterinarians and technicians with daily workflow Keeping the reception area clean and organized Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous veterinary or medical reception experience would be preferable, but not mandatory.



Ability to work weekend & evening shifts 3x 9-10 hour shifts per week ~ Competitive wages based on experience ($20-$25/hr) ~ Health & Dental Benefits (if working over 24 hours per week) If you are passionate about animals and enjoy connecting with people, we would love to hear from you!
