What You’ll Do

- Be the Hero Across Channels: Spread positivity via phone and email with prompt, friendly, and top-tier support.
- Geek Out on Design: Master our beautiful product line so you can give expert, inspiring advice to everyday homeowners and creators.
- Save the Day: Process orders, answer design questions, and turn tricky situations into effortless, high-five-worthy resolutions.
- Keep It Seamless: Use your sharp attention to detail and accurate data entry to log customer choices and feedback without missing a beat.
- Stay Cool & Collected: Bring empathy, composure, and a positive vibe to every interaction so customers always feel heard and valued.
- Make Us Better: Bring your analytical mind to the table—spot trends in customer feedback and help us constantly level up our service game!

What We’re Looking For

- People Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)



with excellent phone etiquette and a natural ability to connect with anyone.
- Detail-Oriented: Fast, accurate data entry skills and a sharp eye for the little things.
- Problem-Solver: Quick on your feet, outstanding at active listening, and comfortable navigating software while helping customers.
