We buy gold and other precious metals and offer gold-secured loans — and we've built our name on doing business honestly and transparently.

About the Role

You'll be the face of the brand. Customers walk in with jewellery/scrap gold/silver that often carries real sentimental value, and sometimes with genuine financial stress. Your job is to make them feel welcome, explain how our process works, and ensure every customer leaves feeling they were treated fairly — whether or not they decide to sell.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer-service skills and an interest in the precious-metals industry. Knowledge or previous experience in buying and selling gold, silver, jewellery, or other precious metals will be a strong plus.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of retail or customer-service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and professionalism when helping customers make important financial decisions.
- Comfort handling cash and high-value items.



You must be bondable — trustworthiness and integrity are essential in this business.
- Basic excel, math skills and comfort using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge or experience in buying and selling gold and silver is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with precious-metals testing, gold assaying, refining processes, or refining products will be an added advantage.
- Ability or willingness to learn about gold purity, karats, weights, precious-metal values, testing methods, and the buying process.
- Eager-to-learn mindset with a genuine desire to grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Experience
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Experience with gold, silver, jewellery, precious metals, pawnbroking, refining, or assaying is an asset.

Work Location In person

Burlington Locals, Halton Region, Hamilton applicants preferred.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
