We’re expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll connect with customers virtually to discuss their needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and provide support throughout the process. This role combines customer service, relationship building, and sales in a fully remote environment.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided. Your Day-to-Day You’ll spend your time connecting with customers, learning about their needs, and helping them understand the options available to them.

Responsibilities include: Speaking with customers by phone and virtual meeting Providing clear and professional customer service Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Explaining products, services, and available options Responding to questions and addressing customer concerns Following up with customers and maintaining ongoing relationships Keeping customer information and records organized Participating in virtual training and development sessions Why Join Our Team?
