We’re hiring a Partner Portal Support Specialist to support external partners using a newly launched partner portal.

This role will serve as a first point of contact for partner inquiries, helping users gain access to the portal, troubleshooting issues, supporting onboarding and provisioning, and coordinating trial and demo orders.

What you’ll be doing:

- Provide first-line support and triage for incoming partner portal inquiries
- Support partner onboarding, provisioning and profile enablement
- Manage partner contact personas, login credentials and access-related issues
- Process and track trial and demo orders through completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Deal Desk, Billing and Fulfilment
- Support provisioning of partner demo environments
- Manage the partner inquiry inbox and ensure SLA response times are met




- Maintain accurate case management and documentation
- Follow established governance processes, procedures and best practices

What we’re looking for:

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, Technology or a related field
- Strong client-service mindset with a focus on the partner experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable learning current systems and processes
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP and/or ServiceNow is preferred
