We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dairy Farm Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily dairy operations and animal care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, values teamwork, and takes pride in quality farm work.
Responsibilities
- Milking cows and assisting with parlor operations
- Feeding, bedding, and general care of livestock
- Monitoring animal health and reporting concerns
- Cleaning and maintaining barns, milking equipment, and work areas
- Assisting with herd management tasks as required
- Following farm safety and biosecurity protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience working with cattle is required (dairy experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physically able to perform farm duties in varying weather conditions
Assets (Not Required)
- Dairy farming experience
- Experience operating farm equipment
- Knowledge of herd health and milking systems
