Job#: 3050307 : Data Center Project Manager, Networking focus Travel role: 75-100% travel to client worksites across Canada, potentially in US as well.

Initial site will be in Mackenzie, British Columbia

Must be a Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident. Role Overview We are seeking a technical Project Manager with a strong networking background to manage complex hardware deployment projects in customer data center environments.

This role involves leading technical resources, coordinating vendors, and ensuring work is completed efficiently. The position requires extensive travel and the ability to engage credibly with technical teams to drive project execution. Strong candidates may have opportunities for ongoing assignments on future deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of hardware deployment projects for external customers.
- Lead technical resources to deploy hardware, ensuring work is done effectively.
- Provide ongoing communications to the customer, project team, and sales team.
- Track project status against plans, manage project financials, and forecast revenue.
- Notify management of issues and risks that could impact project delivery.
- Understand networking concepts to guide technicians and challenge estimates to drive project execution.
- Manage schedules, coordination, and overall project delivery.

Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of IT Project Management experience supporting infrastructure deployment projects is required. Candidates must have recent project management experience with Data Center Deployments, Enterprise Networking, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Server and Storage Infrastructure. Experience managing customer-facing projects and interacting directly with executive and technical stakeholders is necessary. Project experience with Networking, HPC,



and/or GPU is required. Skills: Candidates must possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required. The ability to work with limited supervision to achieve project objectives is essential. A results-oriented mindset with attention to quality and customer satisfaction is also needed. The candidate must be technical enough to keep pace with network engineers and technicians onsite.

Work Environment

- This position requires a commitment to travel 70-100% of the time across Canada and potentially into the United States.
- Initial rotation will require 100% or close to in Mackenzie, B.C.; however, the standard rotation is two weeks onsite followed by one week remote, though longer stays may be required.
- Travel may be to remote locations with diverse weather conditions, from hot to very cold climates, particularly during winter.
