Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Consultant and Engineer. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into data solutions, and provide guidance on data strategy and best practices. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing data pipelines, performing data modeling, managing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity across systems.

The Data

Consultant and Engineer will analyze and interpret complex data sets, build analytics and data science solutions,



create dashboards or reports, and present insights that support decision-making. The role also includes documenting data architectures, optimizing performance, maintaining security and compliance standards, and continuously improving data processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Data Science and Data Analytics skills to build models, generate insights, and create actionable reporting solutions.
- Candidates should possess Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Data Modeling skills to design efficient data pipelines and structured data architectures.
- Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python or Scala) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), relational and NoSQL databases, and contemporary data warehousing tools is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams is important.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
