Pay Range: T4: C$85 | INC: C$89 This role involves leading the data migration workstream for SAP projects within the Energy & Utilities industry. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Data Management and Data Migration, particularly within SAP IS-U projects, and will be responsible for ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- SAP IS-U project experience is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of experience in SAP Data Management and Data Migration.
- Proven experience leading data migration/workstreams in complex SAP transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services), and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Utilities/Energy industry experience.
- Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP data migration workstream for SAP IS-U projects.
- Define and execute data migration strategies, plans, and timelines.
- Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with business, functional, technical, and testing teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Oversee mock conversions, cutover activities, and production data loads.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with project standards.
