HaknaSoft is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day delivery execution across select projects. You'll work within an established Agile framework (sprints, ceremonies) to keep two development teams aligned, unblocked, and on track — with a solid focus on practical follow-through rather than process theory.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily stand-ups and progress tracking for projects
- Track releases once scope has been defined (merges, dates, environments)
- Follow up on QA progress and status across assigned projects
- Maintain release notes in collaboration with DevOps
- Flag blockers and risks as they emerge, proposing practical solutions rather than waiting on direction
- Contribute to HaknaSoft's broader delivery transformation, helping make delivery practices more scalable as the team grows
What Success Looks Like
- Autonomous, reliable day-to-day delivery on assigned projects
- Clear, proactive flagging of issues before they become blockers
- Strong working relationship with the Delivery Manager and DevOps
- Ensures changes and improvements initiated by the Delivery Manager are effectively rolled out and adapted to the realities of each project
Profile We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in Agile software delivery or coordination
- Solutions-oriented: actively seeks answers rather than waiting for direction
- Comfortable naming what's blocking progress, directly and constructively
- Pragmatic — prioritizes what works over rigid adherence to theory
- Collaborative: observes and understands context before proposing change
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity
- Hands-on familiarity with ADO/Jira and Excel-based tracking
- Clear verbal communication skills
- English is required
- French is a strong asset
Reporting Line
- Reports to the Delivery Manager, with full autonomy over day-to-day execution
- Delivery Manager remains involved on cross-project coordination, scope decisions, and escalations as needed
- Works closely with the internal team (engineers and QA) and product stakeholders
