We've been voted Best Dental Office in Oakville seven times running, picked up multiple Top Choice Awards along the way, and we're not slowing down. Now we need a chairside-first Dental Assistant to grow with us.
Tired of spending your shift on sterilization and room turnover? We are too.
That's why we built our team differently. At Kiwi Dental, Dental Assistants do what they love — chairside support, patient care, and the clinical work that drew you to dentistry in the first place. We have dedicated team members handling sterilization and room turnover, so you can focus on what matters: delivering exceptional care alongside our dentists.
Why Dental Assistants Choose Kiwi
- Chairside-First Culture — Spend your day supporting doctors and patients, not restocking trays.
- Modern Tech, Zero Stress — Work with iTero and our digital systems. We train quick learners; you just need to be ready to learn.
- A Real Growth Path — Start at 2–3 days/week (including Saturdays), and transition to full-time as we expand. This isn't a temporary gig — we're building something, and we want you to grow with it.
- A Team That Respects Your Expertise — A professional, respectful environment where your clinical judgment is valued and your voice matters.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Healing Arts Radiation Protection (HARP) certification — required
- NDAEB Level II certification — strongly preferred
- A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
- Willingness to bring your best energy every shift
