We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and dental staff. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service while maintaining the efficiency of our office operations.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and handle patient communications effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic system- Tracker
- Verify patient insurance information and process necessary documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and address any concerns promptly.





Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is advantageous.
