Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our denture clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing front desk operations and supporting staff. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, insurance processing, and administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Speaking Vietnamese is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and coordinate patient flow.
- Verify insurance information, process claims, and handle billing using dental practice management software
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure all patient data is up-to-date and confidential.
- Assist clinical staff with administrative duties,



including preparing patient charts and managing supply inventory.
- Answer questions regarding treatment plans or billing in a clear, qualified manner.
- Support the dental team by coordinating appointment reminders and follow-up communications.

Experience

- Previous dental office experience is highly preferred; familiarity with dental reception duties is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of office experience, including front desk operations and administrative procedures.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as DomX is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terminology clearly to patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care enhances efficiency in this role.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
