The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is kind, friendly, organized, detail-oriented and who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service to patients.

Expected Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm

Occasional Fridays: 8am - 3:30pm

Experience:

- Dental Receptionist Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service or Hospitality: 1-2 Years (Preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors positively with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.




- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients and staff with billing questions.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic records.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
