Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator and help patients navigate their care with confidence. You’ll be the key link between patients and providers, coordinating appointments, treatment plans, insurance, and financial arrangements while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk responsibilities professionally.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using Tracker or similar dental software.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, costs, and insurance coverage clearly.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage multi-line phones, appointment requests, follow-ups, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the dental team to support smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Previous dental office experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Tracker or similar dental practice management software required.
- Robust knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and front desk experience in a busy office.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
