Transform youth lives through sport in the role of Development Officer at First Tee - Premier départ Québec. Engage in community-driven fundraising with a flexible hybrid schedule. In this full-time role, you will lead impactful fundraising activities to support youth programs, reporting directly to the Chapter Head.

Your responsibilities include managing donor relationships, executing fundraising campaigns, and engaging the community. You’ll help ensure sustainable funding for the organization’s growth and community outreach. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in meeting annual fundraising targets with creative strategies
- Cultivate and close donor prospects for mid-level donations
- Implement and evaluate stewardship and fundraising events
- Write grant applications and explore fundraising avenues
- Oversee the facilitation of Ambassador Committee activities Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of fundraising experience in non-profits
- Fluent in both French and English, excellent communicator
- Proven track record in budget management
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Database management experience is desirable Contribute to the success of First Tee programs and the future of golf in Quebec.
