We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Montreal. This is a full-time hybrid position for someone who understands digital marketing, knows how to execute campaigns effectively, and can take ownership of projects from strategy through execution and optimization.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, creative, and comfortable working across multiple digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media channels and content.
- Plan, launch, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Support SEO and website optimization initiatives.
- Create and coordinate engaging marketing content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Work closely with the team to support broader marketing and business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be available to work full-time in a hybrid setting in Montreal.
