POSITION SUMMARY
369 Secure Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Media Analyst to support the Company's digital media, marketing, communications, brand management, and market research initiatives.
The Digital Media Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies, conducting quantitative and qualitative market research, managing digital information and databases, supporting online marketing and website promotions, and developing professional marketing and communication materials.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, written, verbal, organizational, and digital media skills and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Digital Media Analyst's duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Develop communication strategies that support the Company's business and marketing objectives.
- Implement communication strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Develop and support marketing strategies designed to strengthen the Company's market presence.
- Assist with brand management and ensure consistency across marketing and communication materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Company's digital presence and communications.
Digital Media & Online Marketing
- Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotional activities.
- Support the Company's digital media initiatives across applicable online platforms.
- Develop and maintain digital marketing materials.
- Assist with the management and development of the Company's online presence.
- Support LinkedIn and other applicable digital communication channels.
- Assist with email marketing and communication campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct analytical marketing studies to support business and marketing decisions.
- Design market research questionnaires.
- Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Collect,
organize, and evaluate marketing and communications data.
- Analyze research findings and identify relevant trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare findings and information for Management review and decision-making.
Content Development & Communications
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, articles, and other written materials.
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.
- Perform copywriting for marketing, digital, and communication initiatives.
- Review written materials for accuracy, professionalism, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to support the Company's communication and promotional objectives.
Database & Information Management
- Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Organize marketing, research, and communication information to ensure records remain accurate and accessible.
- Use spreadsheets and database management tools to organize and analyze information.
- Maintain appropriate electronic records relating to digital media and marketing activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE The successful candidate must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience relating to digital media, communications, marketing, research, or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY SKILLS The Digital Media Analyst should have working knowledge and proficiency with:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word
- Spreadsheets
- Database management
- LinkedIn
- MailChimp
- Electronic mail and digital communications

WORKING CONDITIONS The Digital Media Analyst will work in a quick-paced, on-site professional environment and must be capable of:

This position is on-site, and work must be completed at the Company's physical work location. There is no remote-work option associated with this position. GENERAL EXPECTATIONS The Digital Media Analyst is expected to:

- Protect confidential Company, employee, client, and business information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records relating to assigned responsibilities.
- Communicate professionally with Management, employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as applicable.
- Complete assigned work accurately and within established deadlines.
- Follow all applicable 369 Secure Ltd. policies, procedures, workplace expectations, and Management direction.
- Represent 369 Secure Ltd. professionally in all written, digital, and verbal communications.
Pay: $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
