CLIENT EXPERIENCE

- Own the complete client journey across both showrooms, from first contact through post-purchase follow-up.
- Establish and maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
- Ensure every client receives a personalized and consistent experience regardless of which showroom they visit.
- Personally manage escalated or complex client situations, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Build a culture where client relationships extend well beyond the initial transaction.

SALES & PERFORMANCE

- Take ownership of commercial performance across both showrooms, including sales targets, profitability, conversion, and average transaction value.
- Analyze results, identify performance gaps, and implement clear action plans.
- Coach teams on selling skills, client relationship development, and closing opportunities.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor and lead by example in both selling and service.
- Ensure disciplined daily use of the CRM to drive client follow-up, retention, and future sales.
- Maintain strong financial discipline around expenses and budget management.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members across both showrooms.
- Create transparent development plans that support career progression and stronger individual performance.
- Conduct regular coaching conversations and structured performance reviews.
- Build a culture centred on accountability, collaboration, performance, and service excellence.
- Identify performance concerns early and manage them constructively and consistently.




- Drive strong employee engagement and act as a visible ambassador of company culture.

OPERATIONS

- Ensure consistent operational execution across both showrooms.
- Oversee merchandising, maintenance, replenishment, and overall showroom presentation.
- Manage scheduling, time tracking, absences, and payroll-related inputs.
- Monitor expenses, invoices, and budget adherence.
- Maintain strong oversight of customer orders and alteration turnaround times.
- Manage commissions, deposits, cash closing procedures, and financial variances.
- Travel regularly between both locations to maintain a strong and visible leadership presence.
- Identify new business development opportunities across the Montreal and Laval markets.
- Build relationships within local business communities, partnerships, events, and professional networks.
- Support opportunities connected to weddings, corporate events, and other key sales occasions.
- Organize in-showroom client events designed to generate new relationships and strengthen loyalty.
- Partner with Head Office on sponsorships, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
- Participate in annual budgeting and sales target planning.

Requirements





CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5+ years of relevant experience within a sales, service, or retail environment.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Multi-location leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong commercial instincts with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to understand key performance indicators and translate results into clear action plans.
- Strong CRM discipline and a commitment to consistent client follow-up.
- Experience with Zoho is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and markets simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on, results-oriented leadership style.
- Knowledge of fashion, menswear, or made-to-measure clothing is considered an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required.
- A valid Canadian driver’s licence and the ability to travel regularly between Montreal and Laval.
