Job Type: RegularTo ensure seamless integration, governance, and execution of the Generation Program in support of Agropur's carrier dairy protein strategy and manufacturing transformation. The role is accountable for maximizing value creation, managing risks, and driving organizational alignment around a shared vision.
The Senior
Director, Generation Program Integration and Execution serves as the orchestrator of Agropur's largest investment program. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the effective integration, governance, and coordinated execution of all program components. The role acts as the primary steward of program alignment with senior leadership and governance committees by providing an integrated view of program performance, emerging risks, key trade-offs, and expected value creation.
Through strong cross-functional leadership and influence, the Senior Director drives consistency across workstreams, facilitates informed decision-making, and helps ensure the successful delivery of the program's intended business outcomes. Ingredients to play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of a major enterprise-wide transformation program.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing program integration, governance, and execution across multiple strategic initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will ensure alignment of priorities, effective management of interdependencies, and the realization of sustainable business value. Provide Program
Governance and Leadership Establish and maintain a robust governance framework that enables effective decision-making and program oversight. Develop, track, and present key performance indicators to executive leadership and governance committees. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
Facilitate collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams and business units. Oversee program monitoring, reporting, control mechanisms, and accountability processes. Support investment decisions through financial analysis and business case evaluation.
Drive realization of expected business benefits and performance outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management practices and processes.
Manage Strategic
Risks and Issues Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program performance and outcomes. Champion a proactive and enterprise-wide approach to risk management across all initiatives. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ~ MBA or other graduate-level education is considered an asset. ~15+ years of progressive experience leading strategic programs, enterprise transformations, or major capital investment initiatives. ~ Leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities, or other capital-intensive environments. ~ Demonstrated success managing significant capital budgets and delivering expected business benefits. ~ Experience working with executive leadership teams, steering committees, and boards, with a proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels. ~ Robust understanding of financial, operational, organizational, and change management considerations associated with large-scale transformations. ~ PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certifications are considered assets. ~ Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with a disciplined approach to managing interdependencies. ~ We are proud to be an employer with a diverse community and are committed to providing a respectful and inclusive experience for all employees and applicants.
