- Administer the M365 tenant, identity,
and licensing; manage MDM via Intune and Apple device rollout through Apple Business Manager.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and configuration standards.
Service Desk & Operations
- Establish and oversee the in-house ticketing system and end-user support function.
- Define SLAs, support processes, and documentation standards.
Vendor & Procurement
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluate and select tooling, and lead IT procurement and budgeting.
What You Bring:
- Ability to lead and define the company’s IT Services in a pragmatic manner that aligns with the business.
- Deep Microsoft 365 and Intune/Endpoint Manager expertise; strong Windows 11 and Apple Business Manager experience.
- Hands-on background with EDR/XDR and SIEM platforms and security operations.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC) to ensure IT operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
- Strong networking fundamentals and infrastructure/security architecture judgment.
- Proven vendor management and IT budgeting experience.
- Ability to lead complex IT projects and change management across businesses and various stakeholders
- Business and stakeholder focused mindset committed to operational excellence and service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of engaging effectively with executive team and diverse, cross-functional teams and business partners

- Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage ambiguity and change
- Ability to lead initiatives related to cloud strategy, digital transformation, and automation across enterprise applications.
- A forward-thinking approach to emerging technologies, understanding how innovations such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain can be applied to enhance business operations.
Experience:
- Extensive experience leading and building a high performing IT team
- End to end strategic planning and implementation experience including risk, benefit, and opportunity analysis
- Demonstrated experience leading various projects and process improvement initiatives
- Experience overseeing architecture and business systems for enterprise-wide IT platforms as well as a broad range of other areas within IT such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT compliance, data governance, and aligning IT/OT environments
