This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director Marketing, Radiology based in Canada.
This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for a radiology-focused MRI portfolio across the US and Canada. You will help accelerate portfolio growth by strengthening commercial activation, increasing adoption of innovation, and expanding market presence. The position combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution across digital channels, events, content, and demand generation.
You will work closely with commercial, product marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to create customer-centered strategies. A strong understanding of radiology audiences and their clinical, operational, and patient needs will be essential to developing compelling value propositions. You will also use market insights and performance data to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the US and Canada growth strategy for radiology audiences across the MRI portfolio.
- Position MRI solutions around customer needs and buying journeys, clearly communicating the outcomes and value delivered to healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop annual marketing strategies and execute integrated marketing plans in collaboration with marketing colleagues and product managers.
- Deliver coordinated marketing programs across digital channels, events, trade shows, and other demand generation activities.
- Generate qualified leads through customer-focused content and channel strategies leveraging search engine marketing, email, social media, inside sales, events, and related channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of radiology staff, patient, and clinical needs throughout the buying journey and translate these insights into relevant marketing campaigns.
- Adapt and customize marketing materials for US and Canadian audiences, including region-specific content designed for key healthcare decision-makers.
- Collaboratively design and execute high-impact global and regional trade show experiences that strengthen portfolio visibility and customer engagement.
- Partner with commercial teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives and targeted market plays.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze marketing KPIs while continuously optimizing programs through a lean, outcomes-focused approach.
- Train commercial teams on audience-focused value propositions, competitive insights, positioning, and messaging.
- Lead cross-functional programs and projects while maintaining strong coordination, planning, execution, and communication across stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Bring experience leading and executing positioning and digital marketing strategies that generate measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in developing customer-centric value propositions and content that supports different stages of the buying journey.
- Have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bring 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within healthcare, medical technology, or technology solutions.
- An MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead complex programs from planning through execution.
- Have experience operating successfully in complex, fast-moving, and highly dynamic environments.
- Bring meaningful exposure to medical imaging technology and/or nuclear medicine markets.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in market insights, customer understanding,
portfolio commercialization, and brand development.
- Show a track record of innovation in healthcare portfolio marketing, including the ability to collaboratively develop new ideas and translate them into high-impact execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to build trust, communicate transparently, maintain focus, take ownership, and operate with a high level of integrity.
- Experience working with radiology audiences and understanding their clinical and operational priorities is highly valuable.
