What You Bring

- A CPA designation.
- Substantial manufacturing finance experience, including hands-on responsibility for costing, inventory accounting, and profitability analysis.
- Experience working directly with an owner or entrepreneur.
- A track record of leading and developing an accounting team.
- Solid forecasting, cash management, and financial modelling skills.

- The ability to explain financial issues clearly to people outside finance.
- Evidence of identifying opportunities and implementing improvements without waiting to be asked.
- Sound judgment about when to solve a problem internally and when to bring in specialist expertise.

Experience in packaging or a related manufacturing industry, Canadian/U.S. operations, and ERP implementation would be valuable assets.
