This position focuses on advancing the mission of Athletes in Action by working closely with staff, volunteers, and community members. As a Regional Director, your focus will be leading programming, team development, and establishing key partnerships across local churches and athletic organizations. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement programs such as Action Camps and Clubs
- Supervise and develop a regional staff team
- Collaborate with Regional Directors nationwide
- Manage budget and financial resources effectively
- Develop community relationships with churches and sports groups
