Responsibilities

- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a tidy and inviting dining space for guests.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitation.
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables with professionalism and friendliness.
- Monitor supplies of dishware, utensils,



and cleaning materials; notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Follow safety procedures consistently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or containers.
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices and safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a rapid-paced setting.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- A genuine interest in food service, cooking, or hospitality careers is highly valued.
