Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently throughout your shift
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
- Support food preparation activities by handling food handling tasks as directed by supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service flow




- Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen area to maintain a tidy workspace

Experience

- Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques and sanitation standards is advantageous
- Experience with food handling or kitchen operations enhances your ability to support the team effectively
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial in understanding guest service expectations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
