We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our busy culinary team. Responsibilities

- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning methods
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic throughout shifts
- Supporting the kitchen team with general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Restocking supplies and ensuring that dishwashing stations are fully operational at all times
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety standards




- Supporting serving staff during busy periods by helping to clear tables and prepare service areas

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required
