Mario's Towing is growing and we are looking to add to our towing family in Kelowna! We're currently looking for a Fulltime Central Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities Answering phones, emails Working directly with customers to book tows Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer's Requirements Vehicle knowledge an asset. Must have computer skills Able to work under busy conditions Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management. Able to work without supervision.
