What You’ll Do

- Coordinate daily jobs and manage dispatch execution
- Assign crews, trucks, and schedules
- Ensure trucks are fully stocked and ready to go
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance of movers
- Manage inventory, equipment, and warehouse activity
- Keep trucks maintained, clean, and operational
- Track jobs, timing, and ensure smooth execution
- Handle real-time problems and support crews
- Manage payments, cash collection, and job closeouts
- Ensure all paperwork and records are completed properly
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on move day

You are responsible for making sure everything gets done and done right. What a Day Looks Like

- Early start before crews arrive
- Dispatch trucks and get all jobs moving on time
- Track crews, handle calls, and solve problems throughout the day
- Prepare crews, trucks,



and materials for the next day
- Close out jobs, payments, and records
- Ensure everything is locked in before the day ends

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
