SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. _ The Services District Manager is responsible for assisting the Field Operations Manager in the management and support of operations within O&M;’s portfolio of projects across an assigned district. Includes managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, fiscal and administrative functions of the portfolio in line with corporate strategy and objectives while ensuring and nurturing safety of all personnel and equipment on the sites. This role is located full time on jobsites in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California.

The role will require travel. This reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality.

Assist

Regional and Level 4 Leads to develop detailed forecasting of the operational activities required for various equipment. Always seek ways to increase the quality of customer service and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices Work with the management team to manage and maintain compliance in key markets. Oversee the management and development of technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies required to operate competitively and deliver top notch service.





Focus on developing Systems and metrics/KPI reporting through business intelligence platforms that allow the company to continue to scale without breakdowns of service or a loss of quality. Coordinating different teams within group to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities Assessing and suggest improved processes, collaborate on new technologies, and coordinate with EPC management regarding the implementation of these improvements Champion diversity and inclusion as an unconscious part of SOLV Energy culture.
