Door-to-Door Sales Representative — Commercial Cleaning

We're a local commercial cleaning company growing our recurring office, medical, and retail accounts across the Fraser Valley — and we're hiring one field sales rep to hit the pavement alongside the owner for a focused territory push.

This is real door-to-door work. You'll walk commercial buildings and business parks, find the person who makes the cleaning decision, and book on-site walkthroughs that turn into monthly contracts. You won't be sent out cold — you'll work side-by-side with the owner off a proven daily playbook, with coaching every step.

If you've done solar, alarms, pest control, telecom, roofing, or straight canvassing and you know the rhythm of a door, you'll pick this up fast.

What you'll do:

- Knock commercial doors in a set local territory (offices, medical, retail, gyms)
- Identify the decision-maker and book 10-minute walkthroughs
- Hit a daily door target with the owner and debrief each afternoon
- Follow up on warm leads by phone and email — the follow-up is where the money is

What we're looking for:

- Prior door-to-door or field sales experience (required — you've knocked before)
- Thick skin and a short memory for "no"
- Reliable, punctual, coachable, comfortable talking to business owners
- Legally able to work in Canada




- Own transportation an asset (we work a tight local territory)
- Base pay of $18.25–$20.00/hour for hours worked, PLUS
- A signing bonus for every new account you land — the bigger the account, the bigger the bonus
- Bonuses are paid once the account has been active for 60 days, so you're rewarded for landing solid, lasting accounts (not one-and-done signatures)
- Work directly with the owner — you bring the door-knocking reps, we bring the cleaning-industry know-how, pricing, and closing support
- A clear daily game plan and lead-tracking system to run off of
- Room to grow as we add crews and territory

Straight talk: This is not a desk job, and it's not for everyone. The first couple of weeks are heavy on rejection before contracts land. But if you grind through the opening stretch, the signing bonuses stack up fast — and there's room to grow as we add crews.
