We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks for transporting materials across construction sites and industrial locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, safety awareness, and the ability to handle various types of freight. This role is essential for ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. (MUST HAVE DUMP TRUCK EXPERIENCE)

Duties
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and other construction or industrial loads.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper functioning.
- Load and unload freight using auxiliary equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance and minor repairs, including automotive troubleshooting when required.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities.
- Assist with heavy equipment operation or freight handling as needed on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
Skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating dump trucks and heavy equipment operation skills.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and logistics coordination.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic automotive repair skills for minor troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
