We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Administrator to manage our online storefronts on Shopify, Amazon and eBay. In this role, you will handle daily backend operations, ensure accurate product data, optimize multi-channel listings, and track inventory across all platforms to drive sales growth. This is a small company where everyone wears more than one hat. You’ll also be expected to help with packing and shipping orders.
Platform Management & Listing Optimization
- Shopify Administration: Build, update, and optimize product pages, collections, and landing pages on our direct-to-consumer website.
- Amazon Account Management: Create and maintain listings, monitor Seller Central health, manage variations, and handle basic stranded inventory issues.
- eBay Store Maintenance: Create optimized listings, manage store categories, and respond to bulk pricing updates or promotions.
- Content Accuracy: Ensure high-quality product images, accurate pricing, SEO-friendly descriptions, and correct specifications across all three channels.
Inventory & Order Operations
- Inventory Watching: Monitor inventory levels across channels to ensure stock counts are accurate and prevent overselling.
- Order Shipping and Tracking: Help with packing and shipping orders. Experience with shipping platforms (Freightcom, Stallion and etc.) is a strong asset.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve listing suppressions, account alerts,
or catalog errors directly with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay support.
Reporting & Analytics
- Performance Tracking: Pull weekly and monthly sales, traffic, and inventory reports from each platform.
- Competitor Monitoring: Keep track of competitor pricing and trends on Amazon and eBay to suggest adjustments.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Platform Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running
- Listing Expertise: Strong understanding of Google SEO, ranking algorithms and advertising (PPC) campaign, as well as listing mechanics for both Amazon and eBay (keywords, categories, item specifics).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot backend errors and navigate marketplace seller support channels. Willing to learn and to improve
What We Offer · Salary $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience. Review after 3 months.
