We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to join our team full-time. This role offers a unique chance to work with toddlers ages 18mo-2.4 years.

Responsibilities:

- Support the RECE in implementing a developmentally appropriate, play-based program.
- Engage with children in meaningful activities that promote curiosity, learning, and emotional growth.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment while supervising indoor and outdoor play.
- Assist with routines including snacks, toileting, and transitions.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Must have or willing to get: First Aid CPR Level C,



Current Vulnerable Sector and up to date immunizations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.60 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
