- Establish long-term relationships with Indigenous stakeholders
- Develop frameworks for community engagement and consultation
- Collaborate with teams on Indigenous matter integration
- Advise on strategic Indigenous engagement issues
- Champion reconciliation principles within the company Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years in government or community relations
- Proven experience with Indigenous partnership building
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
