Glenora Child Care Society is seeking a caring, nurturing, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team as a Centre Support. This is a contracted maternity leave position until end of February 2028. This is an ideal position for an ECE looking to gain experience in a non-profit setting while working in a well-established and respected centre.
About the Role:
As Centre Support, you’ll work collaboratively in a team environment to provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for children and families. You will work with children ranging from 12 months to 12 years old, contributing to a community that values play, learning, and strong relationships.

- Flexible and available to work rotating OR straight shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Educator Certification – preference given to Level 3
- Ability to work with children ages 12 months to 12 years
- Class 4 driver’s license is an asset but not required
Compensation:
- Hourly wage based on ECE certification and experience:
- Level 2 starting at $17/hr
- Level 3 starting at $19/hr
- Additional Government Wage Top-Up included based on certification level
