Northwest Tech-Con Systems (2025) Ltd is currently seeking a Controls Technician to join our team in the Burnaby, BC. The candidate will be responsible for building and verifying high voltage pump control panels for a variety of projects in the commercial and residential sector. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, energetic, eager to learn team player.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with designers, technologists and technicians to assemble and verify drawing packages, bill of materials, design concepts and technical specifications/calculations.
· Wire and verify pump control panels.
· Participate in solving challenging technical problems
· Coordination with other team members in other departments
· Verify bill of materials, purchase orders,
sales orders and shipping/receiving packets.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Adept at handling machinery such as power drills and saws.
· Knowledge of standard drawings for motor control
· Adept with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
· Excellent organizational and technical skills
· Conversational English written and communication skills
· Related industrial control experience considered an asset
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
