Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical designs for projects of varying complexity that could involve technical complexity
- Assistsin creating project plans,participatesin project planning and project management meetings and provides improvement recommendations to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met
- Create production instruction documents (AutoCAD drawings, Assembly Work Instructions,etc)
- Instruct and supervise manufacturing workflow following product design and quality control requirements
- Troubleshooting and solving any electrical system errors
- Providing input over the design and development of equipment designs as they progress through the structural design process
- Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of electrical generation and distribution networks, electrical machinery and components and electronic communications, instrumentation and control systems, equipment, and components
- Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment
- Design electrical and electronic circuits, components,systemsand equipment




- Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, processmodelingand integration in the development of new electronic devices and products
- Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
- Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment
- Investigateelectrical or electronic failures
- Prepareaccuratetechnical documentation.
- Present complex electrical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to user manuals and compliance documentation related to products.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
- Follow all procedures in compliance ofAccuenergy(Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added ascompanycontinues to grow.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’sdegreeor PhD in Electrical Engineering,Power Systems, or relatedfield.(Required)
- AnyofPower Metering /Protection Relays / Instrument Transformers isasset.
- Experiencedin electrical instrumentation, energy metering, or protection systems isa must.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, control systems, and electronics.
- Ability to perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Background in metering, power distribution, automation, or electronics is preferred for certain industries.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communicationabilities (verbal and written).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
