Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Design: Design containerized water treatment systems, including single-line diagrams, electrical load lists, and control panels.
- PLC/HMI Development: Program Siemens and other PLC-based control systems, Ignition HMI, and remote-monitoring platforms.
- Installation & Commissioning: Oversee electrical/automation installations and conduct factory and site acceptance testing.
- Operations Support: Troubleshoot alarms and maintain system documentation.
- Innovation & Collaboration:
Optimize system designs and drive technology adoption for cost and performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; professional designation: P.Eng or ASTTBC.
- 5+ years' experience with process facilities, water treatment plants, or similar multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in Siemens PLC, HMI platforms (e.g., Ignition, VTScada), AutoCAD, SQL databases, and industrial networking.
