We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join our Project Team. This hands-on role will lead our larger electrical projects while working alongside the crew, planning and coordinating the work, and mentoring team members. This role will also assist the Service Team as needed.

What You Bring:

- Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate
- Experience with fire alarm systems/wiring, MI cable,



and distribution and switchgear
- Experience with HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Robust knowledge of applicable electrical codes, regulations, installation practices, and safety requirements
- Ability to understand electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and other technical documentation
- Experience planning, organizing, and leading electrical project work in the field
- Ability to provide effective direction, coaching, and mentorship to electricians and apprentices
