Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, methodology, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, tasks, and resource requirements.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and day-to-day project activities.

- Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.

- Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.

- Manage the change order process throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide regular project progress, risk, budget, and performance updates to stakeholders.

- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.

- Support the evaluation and monitoring of project KPIs.

- Coordinate internal team members, external partners, contractors, and consultants.

- Build strong relationships with clients and consultants to support successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.

- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices when required.

- Identify opportunities to improve internal project processes and recommend solutions.





- Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs.

- Ensure work is performed in accordance with established processes, procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- 5+ years of qualified project management experience, or demonstrated project management capabilities appropriate for the position.

- PMP certification is considered an asset.

- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills.

- Experience managing project risks, issues, changes, and competing priorities.

- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-management abilities.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to client satisfaction.

- Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
