We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves leading and managing the delivery of multiple applications while ensuring efficiency and innovation in our processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and technology, with a focus on agile delivery and stakeholder management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in development and technology (Java, Spring Boot, CICD pipeline, automated deployments)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Project management skills, including resource and financial forecast coordination
- Robust skills in executive reporting and stakeholder management
- Experience in managing delivery of applications and leading L3 activities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka
- Familiarity with ETL, Hadoop, and Big Data technologies
- Experience in application design and development activities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead cross-team interactions and manage stakeholder communications
- Validate scope, plan release schedules, and manage risks for outages
- Coordinate Scrum Master cadences to ensure efficient processes
- Identify and leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery
- Provide executive updates for weekly payments cadence
