The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay seeks to employ a full time Engineering Technician reporting to the Director of Engineering.

As the successful applicant, you must possess the following:

- Completion of post-secondary program (Diploma or Degree) in Civil Engineering Technology
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software
- Valuable working knowledge of computerized systems and programs, including Microsoft Office 365
- Valid NL Driver’s license Class 05 and a current driver’s abstract
- Clear Certificate of Conduct including RCMP Criminal Record Check, and a Provincial Court Check is a condition of employment
- Surveying, Road and Water/Sewer construction experience would be considered an asset

Municipal experience would be considered an asset. Salary and benefits as per the CUPE Local 2019 collective agreement with the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The hourly pay rate is $39.81.
